Hopefully we can hear some good news in the coming weeks.Anyways I don;t think we heard anything about kitna getting extended until the early summer, so i guess i could be getting ahead of myself. Marvin put a big emphasis on guys you could call his style of players/people and Willie definitely fits that. That's why he wants Rudi resigned. Things I'd look to get accomplished this offseason...# 1. Resign Rudi for a deal close to 5 years 20 million.# 2. Resign and restructure Peter Warricks contract. 2.8 Million is too much for a # (two) guy even if he does beat out T.J. # 3. resign T.J. A contract close to 1.mill a year for about 4 years with incentives should take care of him. ( He was a 7th round pick, and we could still find better)# 4. Make the Defensive Coordinator job competitive. Jim Bates ( Miami Dolphins) just informed the team he won't be back with them this year. I'm starting to doubt the RESUME of Chuck Bresnahan. Jim Bates however brings some know-how and has a keen eye on judging defensive talent as based on his players.# 5. Finding a Center or Tight End via FA should be a priority.#'s 6-8... eliminate the contracts of Kevin Hardy, Reggie Kelly and Kevin Kaesvihan. When I was home on leave, I went to NFL Central for the Philly game down at the stadium and got into an argument over these exact guys (especially K2) with some drunka$$ female.
