vettespd20 Posted December 26, 2004 Report Posted December 26, 2004 Great job on special teams!! Quote
Sox Posted December 26, 2004 Report Posted December 26, 2004 Kitna or not, they need to go vertical some. The Giants are selling out at the line of scrimmage. Quote
JPW Posted December 26, 2004 Report Posted December 26, 2004 Now that was just plain stupid That is about the 3rd really dumb play by them so far. Quote
ckj414 Posted December 26, 2004 Report Posted December 26, 2004 He's only playing as the nickelback today, but Will Peterson is playing very well when he takes the field, he's shut down everyone he's been matched up with.Wow, Kitna blew that one... Quote
Kirkendall Posted December 26, 2004 Report Posted December 26, 2004 The Bengals offense looks life-less. The defense is looking good, but not sure if it's because Manning is really bad -- right now. Quote

You think Manning has looked bad? Take out the dropped passes and he's 16/26, not too shabby if you ask me... Quote

ckj414 Posted December 26, 2004 Report Posted December 26, 2004 16-26 is not good. bull, without the drops he'd be completing over 60% of his passes.Gotta give the Giants OL credit, they're doing better than they have in recent history. Quote
HoosierCat Posted December 26, 2004 Report Posted December 26, 2004 Down by 3 to the Giants at the half. Pah-freakin'-thetic.No pressure on Manning, Barber is running at will, Kitna ought to have at least 3 picks. The only reason the Bengals are still in it is because the Giants receivers (and particularly Jeremy Shockey) can't catch balls thrown right to them.A big shout-out to the Jints for stupid penalties like hitting a guy before a fair catch. Another reason we're still in this: NY is doing all it can to hand us this game. Typically, the Bengals won't take it. Quote

A lot of the receivers dropping passes are from hits by the Bengals and passes behind receivers as well. Quote
