Quarterbacks KERRY COLLINS of the Oakland Raiders, PEYTON MANNING of the Indianapolis Colts and CARSON PALMER of the Cincinnati Bengals are the finalists for FedEx Express NFL Player of the Week honors for games played on November 25, 28-29, while running backs WILLIS MC GAHEE of the Buffalo Bills, RUDI JOHNSON of the Cincinnati Bengals and JULIUS JONES of the Dallas Cowboys are the finalists for FedEx Ground NFL Player of the Week honors, the NFL announced today.

Fans can vote for one player in each category on NFL.com from Tuesday morning through noon on Thursday to determine the FedEx Air & Ground NFL Players of the Week. The FedEx Air & Ground NFL Players of the Week will be announced Thursday on NFL.com and Friday in USA Today.

Fans will be voting for more than their favorite player. The weekly FedEx Air & Ground NFL Players of the Week Awards are a win for the local community. Along with the award, FedEx will donate $5,000 every week to the local children’s hospital in each winning market. The children’s hospitals in the two season-long winner’s markets, announced at this year’s Super Bowl, will be awarded $25,000 each. That means that FedEx will deliver nearly $250,000 to local children’s hospitals around the country in recognition of the FedEx Air & Ground NFL Players of the Week Award winners.

Why in the world wouldn't Holcombe be up for it also? His #'s were better than Palmer's by far.

Yeah, but he's a loser, baby!

Just checked the numbers: Palmer's making his push! He was at 19% when I voted earlier today, now he's climbed to 30%! Still behind that chump in Indy, tho! Peyton "hey Rocky, watch me pull a touchdown outta my hat" Manning is at 49%.

FYI, Rudi is runnin' away with the ground award, 55% vs. McGaHeeHee's 45%.

Good to see him up for a weekly award finally :D

Carson doesn't deserve ANY type of award this year.

I'm sorry.

4 TD's and 3 INT's don't mean much to me, especially since they were trying their hardest to re-enact an NFL Blitz game out there.

All that was missing was spearing the WR's in the middle of their routes.
