walzav29
The bad news is that Ruben will rush for over 300 yards. I think Shanahan is still pissed about letting Dillon get that record. The good news is that at least Jamal won't have the record any more. Lose the rest guys, and get ready for next years draft. If we get the #1 pick maybe we can trade down and get 20 crappy players, but of course we'll be young next year, but hey in 2006 we'll be ready. Yeah right. B24
I think the Bengals D is going to step it up and hold Droughns to under 250 yards.
Bobcat Bengal
I think the Bengals D is going to step it up and hold Droughns to under 250 yards. You know its bad when the second stringer on the Broncos team is predicted to s**t all over us.And to think, I thought Quentin Griffin would have the pleasure.... Actually Quentin showed he wasn't half the back Reuben is. Reuben Droughns is the first stringer now.

I'm not sure on Droughns being the better back than Q, however both of them work under certain conditions...if it was one on one, I'd take Q to make him look silly, if it was one on two, I'd take Reuben to pound for thoes yards... bengalsfan33
I guess I am the only one that thinks he will get less than 100 yards. I'm sorry guys, but I believe in my Bungles, and think we will shut him done...
Kirkendall
I guess I am the only one that thinks he will get less than 100 yards. I'm sorry guys, but I believe in my Bungles, and think we will shut him done... 7 of the past 8 games, the Bengals defense has given up 139 rushing yards or more; including 4 in which the Bengals gave up 200 yards rushing. How do you figure they will hold Denver to less than 100?I like your optimism, but I just don't see how the questionably best running system in the league for the past 10 years could be shut down by the worst team against the rush in 2004. I do like your optimism, great attitude, but the numbers dont lie, your run D is crappy... but then again, this is Monday night, your team despertly needs a win at 1-4, and its amazing to me that 1-4 teams all of sudden look like superheros on Monday Night...anything can happen... kenoy28
Griffen sucks harder than a prostitute giving head to Brad Pitt for a million bucks. I'm serious. The kid runs and then as soon as he's about to get hit, stops and waits for the hit. I don't think he deserves to be in our top 3 runningback group. Rueben Droughns is obviously better (as we've seen), Garrison Hearst, and Tatum Bell. All better than Q. Q had a good game agains the cheifs. But I could run for over 2 bucks against the cheifs. Look at his games after kansas city, ahh, flat out embarrassing. Anyway, thats my steam. About time we get our oregon wonder boy runningback on the field. Unfortunatly I have to miss this record breaking performance..I have a meeting from 5:00-9:
jditty47
he wont break a record. hes not good enough to do that. he will get over 100 though.
denverbengal
Unfortunatly I have to miss this record breaking performance..I have a meeting from 5:00-9:30Do you live in Denver Kenoy? That's a felony offense in this town for someone to schedule a meeting during a Broncos game. And doing it on a Monday nighter adds an additional 10 years to the sentence. And as much as i want to agree with you, there is nothing there to make me think that our defense will hold him under 100. I hope your right though. BengalszoneBilly
I think the Bengals D is going to step it up and hold Droughns to under 250 yards. Oohhhh. They must be going to use that new run stopping set again Frazier debuted on the first play last week against the Browns, called "11 in the box and forget about the pass coverage". It held every Browns back to under 250 last Sunday too!
