Claims it's illegal gambling and not fantasy. The way I see it, it's genuine gambling, and I thought this was bound to happen eventually.

Yeah, the legislature here in Indiana is planning laws to regulate daily fantasy too. My guess is that in the end it's all about tax dollars. Indiana heavily taxes its casinos and they want their cut of fantasy dollars too, I'm sure.
