LABengalsFan09 Posted August 17, 2004 Report Posted August 17, 2004 Well, that's one way to start a career I guess.... Quote
EdwardG Posted August 17, 2004 Author Report Posted August 17, 2004 And there it goes. Graham scores a TD and the Bucs go up 13-3 after Perry's fumble. Quote
Kirkendall Posted August 17, 2004 Report Posted August 17, 2004 Well, Perry got in and promptly fumbled the ball back to Tampa. Yea, but it was a busted play.. fake reverse and the linemen still looked like they were pushing out. Now we could attribute that to either bad running by Perry or just a broken down play. Quote
IfItsBrownFlushItDown Posted August 17, 2004 Report Posted August 17, 2004 Its just preseason...Its just preseason...Its just preseason...Its just preseasonIts just preseason......Its just preseason...Its just preseason...Its just preseason... Quote
EdwardG Posted August 17, 2004 Author Report Posted August 17, 2004 Kitna is in, and Perry actually had a nice little run. Quote
bengalsfan33 Posted August 17, 2004 Report Posted August 17, 2004 Its just preseason...Its just preseason...Its just preseason...Its just preseasonIts just preseason......Its just preseason...Its just preseason...Its just preseason... Yes very true. This game means nothing but I stil want to see the Bengals look good. Quote
Kirkendall Posted August 17, 2004 Report Posted August 17, 2004 Its Kitna time! Hopefully it's better than 3/8 for 74 yards and one INT. Quote
bengalsfan33 Posted August 17, 2004 Report Posted August 17, 2004 LOL he better do better than that... Quote
EdwardG Posted August 17, 2004 Author Report Posted August 17, 2004 Lordy. Well, we got down inside Tampa's red zone, and Kitna threw a nice pass to aa wide open TJ Houshmandzadeh, and TJ jumped up to catch it and landed out of bounds. So far, the goat of the game is definitely TJ, who has cost the team about 10 points. Quote
jditty47 Posted August 17, 2004 Report Posted August 17, 2004 his int wasnt his fault, and 3 drops. should be 6/8 for 110 yrds 0/0 or mb 1/0.TB's QB's are so far 9/9 for 99 yrds. Not good for our defense. Quote
kevnz Posted August 17, 2004 Report Posted August 17, 2004 Who wants to bet me $5 that Housh won't make the final cut????Anyone?...Anyone? Quote
EdwardG Posted August 17, 2004 Author Report Posted August 17, 2004 Blech, Deltha fumbled the punt, Kitna almost threw a pick, and the Bengals looked genuinely awful on that drive. Quote
HoosierCat Posted August 17, 2004 Report Posted August 17, 2004 It's 1/2time on Homer, my thought for the first half is: a sloppy first outing for both teams. Bengals receivers/backs can't hold onto the ball, Bucs can't run a play w/o tripping over their jock straps.Good to have football back nonetheless! Quote
walzav29 Posted August 17, 2004 Report Posted August 17, 2004 Is Palmer looking as bad as his stats? Is the secondary as bad as Simms and Johnson's stats? I can only see updates online. Is there anything positive? Quote
EdwardG Posted August 17, 2004 Author Report Posted August 17, 2004 Palmer was better than his stats indicated. His first pass bounced off of James Lynch, who wasn't paying attention. He had one pass dropped by Chad Johnson, and his int was dropped by Housh. Quote
kevnz Posted August 17, 2004 Report Posted August 17, 2004 Is Palmer looking as bad as his stats? Is the secondary as bad as Simms and Johnson's stats? I can only see updates online. Is there anything positive? What????Damn, the man hasn't thrown a competative snap in almost a year and you say 3/7 for 74 f'n yards is bad....Get over it. Yards Per Completion = 24.6 yards, Yards Per Attempt = 9.25. That's pretty damn good for all of 8 passes....Yeah he threw a pick, but as the guys said....it was TJ Housh's fault and not his.... Quote
chrishcovga Posted August 17, 2004 Report Posted August 17, 2004 Can I just say it now, T.J. HOushmanzadeh sucks... he sucked in 2002 , he isn't getting any better. ! Quote
B24 Posted August 17, 2004 Report Posted August 17, 2004 On the radio it sounds like our DB's need to practice how to catch a ball. Quote
