combatbengal
Can’t wait for the season to start. This was on the Bengals Webiste - Geno Atkins Baby! Loved seeing him crush Palmer and oh yea, he was able to take down Big Ben by himself, which is not an easy feat!! http://www.bengals.com/media-lounge/videos/Best-of-Geno-Atkins-2012-52413/6e49a0a5-e091-4865-845d-640021c04c29
HoosierCat
Highlight video is nice. But right now there is only one word I care about hearing re Geno Atkins. That word is "extended."
Sea Ray
It's the off season so to get my Bengals fix I recently watched out win over the Steelers to put us into the post season. It was a game that showed our offensive inadequacies but I'm heartened by the fact that Andy will likely have three weapons in Sept that he didn't have for that game; Sanu, G. Bernard and Eifert. I think they would have made a huge difference in that game. I think another year under the belt of Marvin Jones will be huge. WR is one of the moast difficult to contribute as a rookie, whereas I think RB and O-line are among the easiest. The key is health. We have to hope for a much healthier summer than we had last year. Injuries are a part of the NFL game but we really got clobbered last year with the injuries to our #1 pick from 2012, our #1 pick from 2 yrs earlier, Gresham, our biggest FA signee Wharton, Rey M, Dunlap and Cook. Those were guys we were counting on getting key contributions from. I think the main reason we won that game was because of the pounding we put on Ben. He was clobbered several times and I think that was a contributor to him making the crucial error there at the end. Thanks Geno and Co! Its his time now, like others have said no excuses they built a team around him so lets see what hes got.
