Here's Cincy Enquirer.

GEORGETOWN, Ky.—The Bengals this afternoon announced that they had signed second-round draft pick Keiwan Ratliff to a four-year contract.

Ratliff, a cornerback from the University of Florida, is expected in camp in time for today's practice but probably will not play in the team's scrimmage Friday night.

Ratliff is the 10th of 11 Bengals' draft picks to sign. Only first-round pick Chris Perry remains unsigned, and sources told the Enquirer that talks with Perry are "nowhere."

By missing five days of training camp, Ratliff has lost ground to fellow second-round pick Madieu Williams on the team's defensive depth chart.
