GoBengals!
Watching the Bengals game yesterday, I kept thinking that this 2010 Bengals team still doesn't know what type of team it is. Last year they were a running team and the scoreboard showed it. They ran the ball, managed the clock, and kept the defense off the field as much as possible. Now, they are throwing the ball more and doing no huddle plays... All this tires the defense. Let’s hope they find their identity next week against the Ravens, because starting off the season 0-2 is not good (bad odds to make the playoffs). membengal
If it's a road game against a quality opponent, their identity remains...giant pu**ies.
ArmyBengal
If we are talking about "lets hope", then lets hope they don't have a pick 6 and kick returned for a TD.That 14 points should would have made a difference in a BIG way. HairOnFire
Who says this team doesn't have an identity? Repeat the following until dead.... "We are the Bastard Sons of Paul Brown and we will throw the ball around the yard at all costs."
agreen_112
This has been a problem for too long.... It's our Defense that needs an identity. They are lackluster. Simply put, the Bengals Defense defines Bungles.
volcom69
Last year the offense ran the ball alot, and i actully liked that. I think they need to get back to that, and pass when you have to now that you have the WR to do so. Dont keep changeing who you are keep running the ball. Oh and what happend to the jumbo package i miss that and i want to see this weekend, i thought that worked pretty good. To do that though they better become more physical then they have been.I really think the defense took advantage of them running the ball as much as the offense did. The defense got to rest while the offense was out there running, and taking the clock down. It was a boring offense but i think it helped the defense out big time.
