I like it. If you've seen some of the Craftman's truck races, which have incorperated this rule for awhile now, they are hella-fun and tons of excitement. I think you definitely need to have this for Talladega and Daytona since it takes a full lap just to get up to speed... But I can understand the drivers and crew cheifs concerns for it.
