jjakq27
The rosters for the Pro Bowl are expected to be announced later today. It would be nice to see a few guys get recognized for their play this year.I think Jonathan Joseph has been very consistent this year and has helped raise the level of play on the defensive side. While I doubt he will garner many votes I also think that Tank Johnson has solidified the interior line for this team. He and Domata Peko have been a big reason why the Bengals are near the top on fewest yards allowed on first down. Peko should be on that team for sure. For the offense I think it's a little tougher. Obviously Benson has solid stats but his play has been overshadowed by Chris Johnson and the games that he missed in mid-season affected his overall numbers. Chad should also merit consideration by being in the top 10 in several categories but he doesn't have the yardage, TDs or receptions that puts him near the top. Not sure if any of the O-linemen will be on the list. I would say that Kyle Cook should get some votes at Center. His play has been an obvious upgrade and he has played well against many of the leagues top interior linemen this year.
redsbengalsbucks
Benson, Hall and Joseph all deserve consideration.
whizzo
i think whitworth is getting some attention as well. would like to see him get in. hall and joseph played very well this season, i think they have a chance. chad and benson were both good this season, but neither put up huge numbers, so their chances are slim i think. membengal
If there is any justice, Leon Hall makes the Pro Bowl.
membengal
Oh, and Benson was leading vote getter among fans not too long ago at RB (which I thought kind of weird), so I think he may slip in.
derekshank
According to the Pro Football Focus rating system, Revis is the #1 CB by a wide margin. After that Leon Hall is #2 in the AFC (#4 overall) and Joseph is #4 in the AFC (#8 overall). One or both of them will almost certainly get in.Benson will almost certainly get in. After that... not sure about anyone else. Perhaps Jeremi Johnson, but because he's mostly an O-Lineman in the backfield, I doubt it.
kingwilly
I saw that Bobbie Williams is being predicted (nfl.com), though I think he has underperformed a bit. Leon is a shoe-in. JJoe also should merit a trip. Benson should go...but being hurt did work against him.
Kazkal
The Problem I see with Hall and Joseph is them probably splitting votes on top of Baily & Asgosomethingreallylong will get large portion off rep & name.PS,I don't think Bobbie deserves it the guy hasn't been great this year I love him and his leadership and a team guy but there's a reason we can't run to the right
Kazkal
Benson is a hard one too the guy was a great pure running back and missed 2 games but at same time look at top 3 AFC RB's Chris Johnson,Jonesdrew & Rey Rice.Who would he replace out of those 3... BengalPimp
i think whitworth is getting some attention as well. would like to see him get in. I like Whitworth a lot, he has blanked some of the best pass-rushers in the league. he does a great job of protecting Carson...BUT his downfall are all those stupid False-Start penalties... JoePong
Is Carson going to be a starter in the Pro Bowl, or just a backup? Being a backup would still be a pretty big honor and mean he's one of the better QBs in the AFC.
whizzo
Benson is a hard one too the guy was a great pure running back and missed 2 games but at same time look at top 3 AFC RB's Chris Johnson,Jonesdrew & Rey Rice.Who would he replace out of those 3...don't forget thomas jones... 1300+ yards, 12 TDs. so, sadly, i don't see benson getting in. if he hadn't gotten hurt, he would've had better chances. plus, he never really had a "killer" game with like 200yd and a couple of TDs. membengal
Per reedy's tweet, no bengals made pro bowl. Only other afc team like that? The chiefs.

BengalPimp
Zero Bengals on ProBowl Roster....But keep in mind, every year there are injury replacements, players who just don't care, and will bow-out, and MAIN difference this year....The Pro Bowl is played a week before the SuperBowl, so whichever team represents the AFC, will most likely not allow their players to play in the Pro Bowl, so there is still a chance some Bengals will make it. Kazkal
Bullcrap :| haters.Ohwell hopefully we'll be in the superbowl and our players wouldn't go anyways.1ST of all, I hate how they are doing the pro bowl this year. Playing a week before the Super Bowl. So you're heading to the super bowl and your QB is the starter for the pro bowl. He get's hurt in the game now you lose the super bowl. This was a very stupid decision from the NFL! Not one Bengal on the pro bowl team. Dude, we have pro bowlers on that Def!!!I doubt any players in the superbowl will play in the Probowl.
