semiotter
I've been thinking this over. You know he was just a one year deal with Philly. And he will go somewhere. So what if he came here? Would it be a good thing or a bad thing? He still has a lot of good years left in the tank and I've always liked his play, but I'm still a Carson fan. But have all the injuries took their toll on CP? Just checking for some input from you all.
agreen_112
I don't know man.. Palmer is still my guy. At the same time, the guy is struggling to complete balls. His accuracy is terrible so I'm not sure Vick would be an upgrade.
ArmyBengal
That would strike me as a real blah kind of move. Just couldn't see it making a difference.Sort of ho hum...
walzav29
Have we lost our minds? No one is getting open. Remember Palmers 3 game winning drives? Jesus Christ. I'm panicking to but Vick over Palmer?
Walrus
The Bengals are the one (other) team that made Vick an offer before this season, right? Obviously there are folks in the organization who think Vick could help the team.Having pointed that out, I hope they don't waste time even considering giving him an offer. The $$ he will want won't be value added. Palmer is still the man.
gregstephens
The only argument you have here in re signing Vick is that he is a much better scrambler and, honestly, a better scramble passer, than Palmer. If we had an O-line that was as stout on the pass protection as the run blocking, we wouldn't be having this discussion.
bwillycuse
Bratkowski has no idea how to game plan for a player like Vick.
Ickey44
Bratkowski has no idea how to game plan for a player like Vick.I don't understand Brat. There are some games when he has brilliant game plans. Then he has others that it looks like he didn't plan at all. Yesterday was one of those games. His failure to adjust to things that defenses do to stop us is quite annoying as well.
ChadJohnson-85
We wouldn't use him right. Vick is a wildcat.
BlainThePain
If they sign Vick, you won't see me on this board anymore. I've grown up with all of the horrible Bengals teams of the 90's and I was too young to enjoy the 80's, and I've stuck with this organization through all of that and all of the arrests, but if they sign that piece of s**t, I am done with this team. What he did was inexcusable, and I hate seeing that mother f**ker's face.
BengalByTheBay
I really don't want to jump your a**, but terrible idea. No freaking way.

I had season tickets for 13 years. I love this team as much as anyone. That said, if they sign Vick, i'm done. I will not cheer for them again until he is gone. Not only will he not help this team, in any way. He is flat out someone who I hate.
Stripes
I don't really care about Vick or what he did, but I don't want him in stripes. He wouldn't make any useful impact here.
