Wraith
For Baltimore's pick at #26:Darrius Heywood-Bey WR, Maryland:At 6'2" and a recorded sub 4.35 40 time Bey gives the Ravens a bonafide deep threat. Tall enough to beat corners up top, fast enough to get them deep, runs good routes and has good hands. With their new QB this gives them a more explosive offense and I think they will be thrilled to see him fall this far. Was also considering Sean Smith CB/WR Utah because he could fill a void for a big, fast physical corner which suits the Ravens Defensive philosophy. whizzo
With the 27th pick in the 2009 NFL draft, Indianapolis selectsPeria Jerry, DT, MississippiThe Colts had trouble stopping the run last season, so adressing this issue will be paramount for them now. The top interior linebackers are gone, but for some reason, the number 2 rated DT is still on the board. At 6-2 and 299 pounds, Peria Jerry bulks up the Indy defensive line considerably, which should go a long way towards stopping the Colts' run-favoring division rivals. Clackwoods
With the 27th pick in the 2009 BENGALZONE mock draft the Eagles pick:WR Hakeem Nicks from the University of North CarolinaThe Eagles got a big TE to pair with Donovan and now they pick up their number 2 receiver to compliment Desean Jackson who is their underneath/YAC receiver. Nicks is 6-1 with 4.5 speed and will be a nice deep/redzone target for Donovan. He had over 1200 yards and a 18.0 yards per catch average last year. Nicks is the BPA at our position of need.If Mr. Goodell wasn't such a prick we would have traded this pick to Cincinnati for Chad Johnson so Mike Brown could get his RB of the future in Chris Wells. If they wouldn't trade us Chad then we would allow a bidding war to commence between them and Cleveland for the rights to pick him. A second and 3rd to move up???We need a RB to replace Brian, but noone here has the hands that we are looking for so we pass on all the RB's on the board right now. We will get our boy Javon Ringer in the third round!
Baraka
With the 28th The Giants SelectKenny Britt WR RutgersThe giants were a little upset to see heywood-bey go to baltimore at 26 and crushed to see nicks go to a division rival philly. but the choice is pretty obvious with the plax situation and toomer moving on the only glaring weakness is WR and Britt is a good one. He's big and physical, plays faster than he times and can go up and get passes. he's got a diva-esque attitude from what i've read but coughlin and co. will try to berate that out of him. if any coaching staff in the league can it's them. barring a trade for braylon or chad or anquan this has tot be the pick. BengalszoneBilly
With the 31st pick of the Bengalszone Mock Draft, Arizona selects...RB Chris "Beanie" Wells from OSU!With Edgerrin James not getting any younger, the Cardinals will be looking at running backs early in the draft, and with Wells still available at #31, there is no way they would let the BPA at RB go by. Now they have a great young tandem with Tim Hightower already on the roster.Do I really think it will happen in real life? Not a chance in hell. I feel if Arizona does get lucky enough to draft a good RB, it'll more likely be one like Knowshon Moreno.
