chrishcovga
AP reports that Cincinnati Bengals second-year QB Carson Palmer knows the offense, but doesn't have ideal timing with WR Chad Johnson, WR Peter Warrick and WR Kelley Washington just yet. Bengals left CB Deltha O'Neal has worked hard to clean up his overaggressive, gambling style and technique to regain the confidence that made him a Pro Bowl selection in 2001. O'Neal, who was benched in Denver, is studying more film and making the proper adjustments, leaving him in better position to make plays. O'Neal has terrific speed and quickness and shows outstanding ball skills. Discipline is the key for him. * just thought I'd throw this in here. :player:

Jogging through your route ain't gonna cut it from here on out.
