BengalszoneBilly
Can the Cards get back to the big one in 2010? Let's discuss.Tough question. The lost both OC & DC. Both Warner and Boldin are maybes. Too early to tell.
ArmyBengal
Not to mention Dansby and others disgruntled with their contracts who aren't up for free agency. I think it will be difficult for them with all the changes.
Esiason#7
This year was their big chance, and they missed it. They will fall into the same category as the teams such as the 88 Bengals, 94 Chargers, 98 Falcons.....etc... teams that lost their swagger after their Superbowl loss and never returned to the big game...... It was nice to see them finally have some success though.....

Unfortunately they did win any of the following either.
Kazkal
Did the bills lose so much after their first superbowl appearance though?
BengalszoneBilly
Did the bills lose so much after their first superbowl appearance though?Personally I'd rather be a fan of a team that dropped from the playoffs than lose four straight Superbowls. It was hard enough watching the Bengals lose two of them six years apart.

It was hard enough watching the Bengals lose two of them six years apart. I don't remember the first Bengal superbowl, but I will never forget the heartache I felt after they lost the second one. And to think that Bills fans had to feel that four consecutive years......

I remember in the early 90's when the Colts were terrible and someone told me that "Colts" stood for "Count On Losing This Sunday". How the times have changed..... ArmyBengal
I agree with having rather fallen out of the Super Bowl conversation for a handful of years than lose 4 straight. That HAD to suck so bad for them...

That HAD to suck so bad for them...I can't relate to the Superbowl, but when i played Atom football my team made it to the finals the year before i played, the two years i played Atom(have a late Bday) and lost all three. I have to say though at that time in my life i didn't care too much about football in-terms of how i do now but it did still suck hard, and still sucks remembering it to this day.
