Still consulting the Bengals tea leaves. I am stuck between a classic letdown we-played-hard-last-week-we-just-need-to-show-up-this-week-oh-look-Anderson-just-threw-for-497-yards in a 38-20 Browns win prediction or the harder to call, Bengals take two in a row seriously, and pull out a 31-21 win.

I understand there is no need for optimism, but they played the #1, #3, and #6th ranked defense's.

Playing the Bengals is what helped these teams get such a high ranking. They are there BECAUSE they played the Bengals, not IN SPITE of having played them.

The Ravens, Giants, and Titans have good defenses. The Ravens were decimated by injuries last year, the Giants won the superbowl with their defense, and the Titans made the playoffs because of their defense...not because of their QB play.

This is exactly what i'm, saying - they have good defences but the Bengals make the GOOD look GREAT because we are so f'ing s**tE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
