Pop Warner and college vs Bengals

This season doesn’t look promising for the Bengals. As a matter of fact, this is the worst that we've looked in years. My wife’s father is a Browns fan and got so worked up watching a game (years ago) that he had a heart attack. She’s worried that I’m headed down the same path with the Bengals. So, this year I maybe watching more of my son playing Pop Warner and the Buckeyes, then the Bengals. At least with those two teams, I’ll see heart and compassion towards the game. It’s going to be a long season for the Bengals, and then we’ll head into yet another year of rebuilding. Here is my prediction

Ravens (They look bad too so this will be a dog fight) Ravens win

Titans (Vince lights up our DB’s) Titans win

Giants (Super Bowl Champs tear us up) Giants win

Browns (Brady should be playing by this game) Browns win

Cowboys (We’re no match even with Henry) Cowboys win

Jets (Farve isn’t the answer this year) Bengals win

Steelers (They’ll be tough) Steelers win

Jags (Another tough team) Jags win

Texans (They are always unpredictable) Bengals win

Eagles (McNabb will tear our DB’s up) Eagles win

Steelers (Steelers playing to stay on top of the division) Steelers win

Ravens (They’ll be beat us just like us) Bengals win

Colts (Payton tears our DB’s up) Colts win

Redskins (Jason Taylor gets to Carson 5 times) Redskins win

Browns (Brady will have experience) Browns win

Chiefs (We’ll come out to play to avoid getting the number one draft pick) Bengals win

OMG I hope I’m so wrong!!!

How can you NOT get worked up watching your team play? I know I can't. My wife can tell the difference if I'm watching Cincinnati play or not. If I'm screaming at the TV, the Bengals are on. If not, it's just another couple of NFL teams.

Here's mine.

Ravens in Baltimore: I believe we'll narrowly win here.

Titans at home: Another narrow win.

Giants in New York: Blowout for the G-Men

Browns at home: Too tough to call. Could go either way.

Cowboys in Dallas: No question...loss.

Jets in New York: Another blowout loss in the Meadowlands.

Steelers at home: Loss. We never beat them at home.

Jaguars at home: Too tough call again.

Texans in Houston: Win, but not by much.

Eagles at home: Loss. Philly is too balanced of a team.

Steelers in Pittsburgh: Win. The visiting team continues to succeed between these two cities

Ravens at home: Bengals win

Colts in Indy: Loss. Not even close!

Redskins at home: Win. Don't ask me why.

Browns in Cleveland: Again too tough to call. If the Browns have playoffs on the line Cincy wins. If not...loss.

Chiefs at home: Loss. The Bengals have packed in in for the year.

Season results: 6-10, and that's being generous :(

It's the same in this house. she know's when the Bengals are on. she even takes items out of my hand in hopes that I don't throw it at the TV.

 I lost a window in the house when the Bengals lost the Superbowl in '82! The remote landed in the back yard!
