BengalPimp
Since Jason Taylor did it while still an active player(and has been catching heat from the Dolphins)ESPN reported this week that T.O. turned it down, I cant help but think that Chad Johnson, given his penchant for dancing(see riverdance), and showmanship(see everything else he does) will be on next seasons Dancing With The Stars. My guess...he sits out this season, and desperate for the media spotlight, campaigns to be on next years show. Gold teeth and all.

It's impossible for people for to look cool river dancing. Case in point...
combatbengal
Who cares! Chad made his bed, now we just move on for the Bengals that will show up! By the way, I took a trip to Cincy yesterday for Memorial day and stopped by a few sports stores. I asked if they had sold any Chad item and they said not in a while. Looks like Chad lost his fan base in Cincy. At one time, he was almost considered a God in the City and now, he's nothing! Way to go Chad. See what being a business man has done for you. Not only did you not get traded, you lost the people that loved you at one time.
Sandwedge
How comical would it be to have him be the first one voted off... Sorry but Chad just isn't as funny and charming anymore..
HAPPYJAQ
I could see him doing it as much as putting up a 90-catch, 1300 yard for the Bengals next year (which I think he will do). I hate to turn this into a Chad thread, but does anyone REALLY think he'll sit out the entire season (and lose his salary/exposure in the process) next year? The bigger question is do you think that Marvin would have him back, after all that has happened. I say play him this year, let him help your team, and trade him before the draft next year. agreen_112
No Happy, he won't sit out... Hopefully the Bengals restructure his contract. On the Dancing with the Stars topic: My fiance and two year old daughter love the show, so If Chad were to be a contestant on the show it would give me a reason to watch. That would be entertainment! HoosierCat
I would say that paying his property taxes ought to be next on Chad's list, unless he wants to join the list of Bengals arrestees...http://www.local12.com/news/local/story.as...b4-9a2ff203b542

I've done quite a bit of real-estate investing, and the first thing that will happen is the back property taxes owed would go to a county Tax-Deed sale/auction, in which people can bid on his $13,000 or so and the interest percentage (usually between 16-35%). Chad would then have to pay the owner of his Tax-Deed Certificate the amount plus the interest, if he were to fail to do so(depending on state and county laws) the owner of the deed could gain possesion of the propery with no further money owed, or if the bank(to which the home loan is owed) claims the property, the bank would then have to pay the owner of the Tax-Deed the amount plus the interest. In either case, the worst that could happen to Chad if he doesnt pay, would be that he loses his condo.
