can Miller & Johnson push Hardy to the bench

When we got ran over lst year at the end I have to say Hardy didn't have what it took I know our DL stunk too. But I think he was a little more of the problem. Hardy does have the experience but what about K.Abdullah from last year it's time he starts producing. Personally I would like to see either of them starting over Hardy. Espically Johnson the silent assiassan. He & Webster are freckin animals.

I don't think with Marvin it'll make any difference - veteran or rookie - if you produce the goods you're in, if you don't then don't let the door slam you on your ass on your way out.

give hardy a chance at his natural position first. he has been a productive player in the nfl. lets see what he does this year before we give up on him.

that being said, if a rookie outplays hardy, they'll start over him. pretty simple...

yeah, the common denominator with Lewis' LB's is speed....those muthaf**kers are gonna fly around the field, and either wreck themselves or someone else....speed kills....its gonna kill somebody, thats all I know

But Hardy is a locker room influence....that seems to count in Coach Lewis' regime, even if he is supplanted during the season...

As for someone pushing Hardy out of his spot, maybe if he was still in the middle. But with him in his more natural postion it will be harder to knock him off. Plus he is a great lockeroom guy. Remember he was voted by the team as Defensive captain last year, he brings intangibles to the team beyond what he brings onto the field himself....Marvin wants to make a playoff push and he knows he needs guys like Hardy to lead the younger guys when they need to step up late in the season.

i think madieu williams is going to be productive this year with his speed and hands i really liked him and i liked ratliff to but i think williams is going to come and see alot of action this year he sounded good in his first practice.
