Carson Palmer is no team leader. He keeps to himself and doesn't associate with the other players. There is no chemistry. The team stays at the Kingsgate Marriott before home games. Hang out there and see the lack of chemistry. The Bengals needs a hard nosed coach like Bill Cowher to get them in line. Mark my words...
