I don't know why they have went away from Kenney as the third down back this year, he was picking up some good first downs last year on third down. Hopefully Chris Perry will give us some kind of jump start when he arrives.

I'm hoping for the latter, but we shall see.
Ickey44
I'm actually kind of glad Kenny's getting a chance. Rudi has been very subpar this year. Hopefully Kenny can keep on like he did last week and give this offense a spark. Kenny seemed to find holes to run through last week that Rudi didn't even see. I'm eager to see how this plays out. llort
first post, long time lurker but never really got around to creating an account. I am actually looking forward to see what Kenny can do as a starter. Ever since Rudi lost the weight he is something of a tweener. He's not the power back he was and it's obvious that he hasn't gained any speed. Kenny and Jeremi as the 1-2 doesn't look so bad. There is some pass catching potential there as well.Chad should bring Rudi some cheeseburgers from Mickey D's to fatten him up.

AMC
The thought of Jeremi taking TB snaps is scary...Hopefully Kenny shoulders the full load.....
Stripes
The thought of Jeremi taking TB snaps is scary...Hopefully Kenny shoulders the full load.....I hadn't even thought of that. I could see Kenny playing the Perry role between the 20s, and I think we could do worse than Jeremi in the redzone. I'd rather have Rudi obviously. bwillycuse
It just seems this team is much more dangerous with a running back that can catch, turn and run. I hate having to have to rely on Kenny for a majority of the carries, but I agree with previous posts that it will be interesting to see how it works out.I do have a suspicion that we will get good production from our backfield on Monday.
