DesperateDerelict
fantastic game by chris henryHe looked a little dinged up in the 2nd half - I think they'll wear him out during the exhibition season, knowing he's got 2 months to R & R. agreen_112
Henry's a stud, can't wait for him to get back on the field.
kenyon1977
Why was he on the field at all? It seems to me that these are wasted snaps when they have eight games to prepare for without him. Right now is the time to evaluate the rest of the WR's against other players than just our own in practice.

As it was, Chad took a big hit on his 1st catch, and Henry got dinged in the 2nd half.
skyline
Every catch Henry made last night made me wince with the thought that he won't be available to us for quite a while...He certainly looked good.
Riagogogoindanati
Please correct me if I'm wrong....Henry is permitted to practice and play during pre-season. Once preseason is over and the regular season starts, he is not permitted to practice with the organization or even be at Bengals facilities until his ban is over?Even while he is restricted, does he still count on our 53 man roster? What happens if he is hurt during preseason? Is he able to receive treatment/therapy from the Bengals organization at PBS if his injury extends into the regular season as which he is banned from for the first 8 games? (ie..would this nullify the ban from the organization the first 8 games since he would need treatment?) Not hoping an injury occurs to him......but if it would be a way for him to skirt around the entire ban from being associated with the Bengals the first 8 games and would allow him on the premises for treatment by staff/trainers...etc...)Just a few questions my Bengal brethren... BengalByTheBay
Even while he is restricted, does he still count on our 53 man roster?I don't think so. I seem to recall from last season that suspensions act like IR. When you bring somebody back from suspension, then somebody needs to get cut (or placed on PS) to get back down to 53. Sadly, we had a lot of experience with that last year.As for the practicing, treatment stuff -- I don't think he can practice with the team until the week before he's back, or something like that. I don't know about the rest.
ShulaSteakhouse
Yeah it's something like that. hope he can stay out of trouble, the man is a beast, and could be just what is needed the 2nd half if all goes well. Love watching him - caught everything that came his way last night and blows by CB's with ease. Unreal talent.

buck3y3d
Henry may have the most pure talent at receiver on the team, but his effort is atrocious. Last night was not so bad, but even on Dougie's interception he should have done a little more. I realize the throw was to the wrong shoulder and low, but I've seen Chad snatch that ball many times, and there's no reason Henry can't knock that down. He's obviously are most proven and best option at 3, but hopefully sitting out these 8 games will show him just how lucky he is to be playing the game.
