combatbengal
If we were going ot select a QB to back up Palmer, why didn't we select Troy Smith? I know he's short, but he's got speed and can throw.
Kazkal
Because he's short.

Kazkal
He's also a buckeye and mikey knew if we took him fans would be calling to bench carson for troy.
JoePong
Yeah, we should have drafted him. We could use a punt returner. Oh wait, did you actually mean as a QB???
bengalboomer7
I'm gonna show some homerism here, i HAD a soft spot for Troy Smith(not now, he's a Raven) and i think he fell in a perfect position. Mcnair is a perfect mentor and I think he could be a servicable starter and a dependable #2 for many teams

Whur CHad At?
He will be a good pro. He can make those pro throws, and knows how to play the game and win. People who are saying he is too small seem to be forgeting about Doug Flutie and Drew Brees
