combatbengal Posted January 9, 2007 Report Posted January 9, 2007 Since the Bengals aren't going to the big game this year, I'd like to see the Saint's play the Chargers. Don't want to see the Colts or Ravens there! I was so glad to see Eli sent home. That guy is a punk! Quote
Italian fan Posted January 9, 2007 Report Posted January 9, 2007 My choice is Colts-Bears (or Saints) Quote
duus Posted January 9, 2007 Report Posted January 9, 2007 My list showing least favorite down to "don't mind" ... I only like the Bengals, but those at the bottom of the list are in the "don't mind" category:8. Ravens7. Eagles6. Seahawks5. Patriots4. Chargers3. Bears2. Saints1. ColtsI guess that means I would like to see a Colts and Saints Super Bowl.My prediction, however, is that it will be Chargers and Saints. Quote
agreen_112 Posted January 9, 2007 Report Posted January 9, 2007 I've been telling you guys all season, New England is THE team to beat. New England hasn't received any respect this whole season and their just rolling along unnoticed. I say they will be in the SB.It'll be New England vs. Da Bears. And Tom Brady, the best QB in the game, will get his what, 4th ring? Quote

muelleaw1 Posted January 9, 2007 Report Posted January 9, 2007 Anybody but the Colts. Seeing Peyton get shut down again is the only thing that can make me happy at this point. I really wouldn't mind the Ravens. As much as it sucks to have to see them win, it says a lot about the division to have back to back represenatives or winners from the AFC North. Maybe then next year we could make it 3 in a row. (I wouldn't hold out hope that the Browns could continue the process though.) Quote
Whur CHad At? Posted January 9, 2007 Report Posted January 9, 2007 I like the Patriots either way, but I just hope the Super Bowl is a good game this year, not like this recent natl. championship game, and I hope the refs don't cheat again(steelers) Quote
Edogger Posted January 9, 2007 Report Posted January 9, 2007 I would like to see Philly for sure! But they have a tough road against the Saints this week.I would be happy seeing Philly vs. LT Quote
BengalByTheBay Posted January 9, 2007 Report Posted January 9, 2007 Personally, I'm tending to agree with AC Green (there's a first time for everything). The Pat's seem to be peaking at the right time. If they can get past the Chargers, I see them going from the AFC. I would, however, like to see the Ravens go (despite my hatred for everything Rat related) because it would show just how damn tough this division is. Does anybody really care who goes from the NFC? Not me. Quote
semiotter Posted January 9, 2007 Report Posted January 9, 2007 OMG!!!! T he BEARS have no fooense at none, nadda...They have a great defense but I dont know if anyone can beat PHILLY now ,they are RED HOT!!! So its PHILLY and RAVENS in the big dance.. Quote
MacD BengalFan Posted January 9, 2007 Report Posted January 9, 2007 Eagles are the hot team right now in the NFC and should be able to carry the momentum through the playoffs. The Chargers are clearly the best team in the AFC, but the Pats have started heating up again for a run at the Super Bowl. Both the Bears and Saints are neurotic at best and Seattle doesn't play Dallas again for Romo to blow another field goal snap. The Ravens, well I just can't root for them at all but they already beat San Diego earlier this season. And we all now that Colts will do the usual choke job, and that should be this weekend. Thus, through my scetchy analysis, I think the Eagles and Chargers will be the two teams in this years Super Bowl. Quote
DC_Bengals_Fan Posted January 9, 2007 Report Posted January 9, 2007 TO, Coughlin, and Tiki are gone. I'm happy. After that, I'm pulling for Jeff Garcia. Good guy who deserves some good voodoo after TO threw him under the bus in SF. I'm against the Saints just because that bandwagon is full, but otherwise I've always liked Brees and thought he got the shaft in SD. Against Shottenheimer and Billick on principle.I'm going Eagles and Seahawks. I don't like any of the AFC teams left. Quote
AMC Posted January 9, 2007 Report Posted January 9, 2007 Colts-Saints....I am so tired of hearing that defense wins championships!I want to see a great 45-42 Super Bowl! Quote
BengalszoneBilly Posted January 10, 2007 Report Posted January 10, 2007 Ravens versus the Eagles in the "All Bird" Super Bowl, with the Ravens bringing home the Lombardi Trophy in the AFC North for the second consecutive year. BTW, the Bengals will make it three in a row for the AFC North next season! Quote
derekshank Posted January 10, 2007 Report Posted January 10, 2007 My prediction is the Chargers and whoever wins the Saints/Eagles game. I guess I'll be pulling for the Eagles the most. The Bengals are the only team I care about... but my wife is from the Philly area, and I'll be living there for most of my life. If the Bengals can't win, I guess I'll pull for them.I just don't want either the Ravens or the Colts there. I'm happy that at least one of them will be out of it after this weekend. Quote
Stripes Posted January 10, 2007 Report Posted January 10, 2007 I think the winner of Chargers/Patriots will be playing da Bears. I'd like to see the Colts or the Saints in the big one, but I doubt it'll happen. Quote
Thurmanation Posted January 10, 2007 Report Posted January 10, 2007 I think the winner of Chargers/Patriots will be playing da Bears. My thoguhts exactly, NE or Chargers vs. Da Bears! Quote
Edogger Posted January 10, 2007 Report Posted January 10, 2007 Colts-Saints....I am so tired of hearing that defense wins championships!I want to see a great 45-42 Super Bowl! I would go for this kind of game! I mean, as long as Philly was involved! Quote
