schnarfer
If our defense can continue its play and our offense just does what it does, we are not only a contender but we are a team with a ton of momentum...We can beat oakland, and then pull out the shocker on the road against both indy and broncos, means we can not only playoffs but a deep run with end of the season momentum...Can I get a who dey? HoosierCat
Who dey!D is doing what we hoped it would do (and didn't) earlier in the season, which is take up the slack for an offense that was struggling due to injuries and suspensions. They definitely seem to have some momentum. Now it's time for the O to step back up.
derekshank
Yeah... I'll admit I'm slowly becoming a believer. Last week it was the Browns, and I couldn't get excited. This week it was just a slightly better Ravens offense (although still not exactly the Colts). We've shown that we should be able to handle the Raiders offense... but we face the Colts the week after. If we hold them under 28 (it still seems unlikely to me), then I'll give them the props most people are so willing to hand out after a string of 2 solid games. Stripes
Who better to help the Bengals build on their momentum than the Oakland Raiders? There're still four games to go. It'll be pretty tough to maintain this sort of roll for that long, so they'll have to continue winning without Mo on their side.

Judging by your seemingly positive attitude in recent weeks, I think you're on the wrong team.

Judging by your seemingly positive attitude in recent weeks, I think you're on the wrong team. There is only, and has only been, one team. That's the point of Hair's brilliant suggestion: the personas -- Moe, Homer -- are just facets of the same show. There's no escaping being a Bengals fan, there's just different takes. OK, well, there's TJJackson. But every show needs its Barney (insert belch sound here).
