schnarfer
With Our offensive line starting to gel and giving Carson time to make his progression, we could be primed for a serious Offensive output for the rest of the season. Taking in to considersation that our offensive line was hurting us early on, we could and should be able to get healthy on defense and make a serious push into the playoffs!! Stripes
They have definitely started to play well with some continuity, and that could make it a little tougher for the Bengals to just throw Braham and Levi back in there when the time comes.I think they will though. Let the best players play.
derekshank
Levi and Braham are veteran professionals. If they are healthy, they need to play. They've been playing with these guys for years as a unit. The continuity will be there. The only worry I have is trying to rush them back before they're ready. If they are truly ready to play... get 'em in there. If there is any question though, the back-ups have been serviceable enough to wait another week (although there's reason to be concerned after the way Baltimore embarrassed Pittsburgh's O-Line). mgilgris
I hope so... knock on wood but we shall see when a good d-line comes in like the ravens. This game will be won in the trenches like always. Hopefully marvin prepares them for some crazy blitz schemes which i am sure the ravens will throw at a new line. BengalPappaw
I like Stacy Andrews more than Bobby Williams at right guard. Stacy may be coming of age -- and in a better position to replaced big Willie when the time comes.

I absolutely loved that sweep from about the 10 yard line where he was lead blocking for Rudi. Can't remember which game it was..
BengalByTheBay
I'm hoping Richie is ready and does start against the Rats. His calls and experience would really help against what I expect will be an onslaught of blitzing. They have to be psyched after how they pounded pig pen last week and will probably be thinking that is the way to take over the game early on on the road. membengal
Ravens are not blitzing as much right now, but are getting good pressure from their four down lineman.Frankly, I don't think Richie will be ready for a game like the Ravens after that layoff and injury. If he's active and available in a pinch, that would be fine.Just glad he is close to being available...

I have no idea if the other 4.5 that the linemen got came on non-blitzing plays or not... but it does seem as though they are blitzing some of the time... and effectively.
