KoKaine777 Posted September 3, 2006 Report Posted September 3, 2006 I knew someone was going to get him.http://www.colts.com/sub.cfm?page=article7&news_id=3997 Quote
ShulaSteakhouse Posted September 3, 2006 Report Posted September 3, 2006 Yeah just saw that - he has to go to their active roster, making him their 3rd back at the moment. With Perry out at last 6 weeks, I'm definitely disappointed the Bengals' did not give him a chance and kept Watson, who seems to be declining. aaronburr Posted September 3, 2006 Report Posted September 3, 2006 But apparently DeDe's wasn't doing well with blocking. We need somebody reliable for Carson. Quote
Kazkal Posted September 3, 2006 Report Posted September 3, 2006 I'm happy for dede he'll get more play time there where theres a chance he'd be waived when perry came back.plus not a better offense to end up on. Quote

Looks like the Colts cut Jonathan Wells to make room for him. Not bad for a kid who didn't play Division I. Quote
ArmyBengal Posted September 3, 2006 Report Posted September 3, 2006 Happy for him !!! I wish we could have seen him earlier in the games !!!WHODEY !!! Quote
bengals4ever Posted September 4, 2006 Report Posted September 4, 2006 I think we will regret cutting Dorsey. I wish we would have kept him over Wilson. Quote
Kazkal Posted September 4, 2006 Report Posted September 4, 2006 Him over watson Imo but thats just me heheI like wilson because if rudi does happen get hurt we still have a guy who runs like him Quote
ArmyBengal Posted September 4, 2006 Report Posted September 4, 2006 Yeah, have to think having a back who can pound the ball like Rudi if he should go down is key and Q. Wilson gives us that. Now keeping Dorsey over Watson would have made more sense, but then again, the experience and blocking ability of Watson shouldn't be underestimated.WHODEY !!! Quote
Stripes Posted September 4, 2006 Report Posted September 4, 2006 We still need a proven third down back with Perry out, and I'd rather have Watson than Dorsey for that role. Quote
schweinhart Posted September 6, 2006 Report Posted September 6, 2006 Doubt Dorsey was the next Willie Parker but probably will turn out better than the next Brandon Bennett. Still, too bad IMO. Dorsey looked like he was for real. Quote
