membengal
OK, that's three weeks now, and those were legitimate bombs last night. Bombs. Chick Ludwig was just on Lance's show, and in response to a Lance's question on this, said it appears the answer to extra distance is more work with the strength guys on his flexibility and a little less kicking in practice.Whatever it is, it is beautiful to behold. By the way, Kilmer? Holy crap, that was indeed some serious gunning he was doing in that game. I have been skeptical on keeping that kind of specialist, but, man, I think he may warrant a spot, or very very serious consideration for the spot. Stripes
He was kicking it deep but lacked hang time the first two games... But against the Packers his kicks were perfect.

On two of the fair catches he ran around the Packers DB's like it was nothing, made it down the field in a snap, and put himself in a perfect situation to make the tackle. I was really hoping they would have fielded one of the times so I could have seen him make the tackle.
combatbengal
Shaneomatic also made a tackle!
walshfan
both graham and larson are kicking better due to their work with the bengal trainers....less kicking..more training ..its worked
ArmyBengal
I went looking to see if there was anything written about this and suprised to find there wasn't more discussion about this !!! Shayne has been kicking out of his mind and his kickoffs were a concern for many last year. Hard to imagine to many more people working as hard as Shayne has to improve in their particular job on the team.BengalSIS, please relay to Shayne we all wish him the best this year and hope for another pro-bowl appearance from him !!!WHODEY !!! Stripes
Hopefully he doesn't wear his leg out over time this year. Considering the touchdowns the Bengals will be scoring, he'll have to boot it quite a bit! If he has conditioned and trained properly, I guess stamina won't be an issue. HoTbOy
SGraham is certainly longer this year, we all know how good of a FG kicker he is, but the extra distance on kickoffs is a plus... I think the K for the Eagles led the NFL last year with punts inside the 5, he puts some kind of reverse spin on the ball to make it bounce backwards away from the goaline, if KLarson added that we would be golden...
