aaronburr
http://www.bengals.com/news/news.asp?story_id=5383Do you ever add your own opinion, or do you just post links? Because I'm pretty sure we can find our way over to bengals.com without having to read your threads.
Ox
Hey there aaron, give Chad a break. The dude is just passing along relevant information. I've seen him post in his own threads plenty of times. We appreciate the fact he takes time out of his busy schedule to add to the mix. Because I'm pretty sure we can find our way over to bengals.com without having to read your threads. If you cant click on a link im sorry.I can click on a link. That's my point. We can all click on links. If we're looking for links to the articles on Bengals.com, we can just go to Bengals.com directly and click to our hearts' content. I think most people visit this site because they're looking for something more or something different than the straight Bengals/sports news that they can find on a dozen other sites. I don't think we're looking for somebody to tell them what's on another site, we're looking for somebody to tell us what they think about what's on another site.So what's the big deal if people click on a few threads that have no actual content? Well, for one thing, your false threads are pushing actual conversations off the front page for no good reason. So instead of contributing to conversations, you're actually hurting them. You're also toying with rapid Bengals fans who are so desperate for information that they'll click on any thread you give them.So maybe you could take pity on us weary old men and only start threads that you actually intend to participate in. Stripes
What Ox said. That was better than your average Hobson article too... Nice little inspiring story behind Palmer's new Achilles tendon.
