Edogger
This sucks. Why does our Randy Moss-in-the-making have to be such a complete D-bag? Good riddance, Henry. You know every team has to have at least one...New NFL rules mandated under the new CBA this season. I can't believe that he is that stupid! Three times, three states all within 6months or so. He deserves to be canned. I really don't think any team would stand for this many. I want to know how he made it through college! But then again...what was his score on the Wonderlik? Wasn't it really low?
UK Bengal
i really dont think they will get rid he deserves it but i dont think they will I think he will be suspended by the NFL and then marvin may just sit him if none of the other guys do better. If mcneal and brazell stand out then i would say he is outta here the guy is a jackass and needs a really good asskicking.
walshfan
Look... get Henry a cap pistol, near beer and a good sturdy schwinn bike and all will be well...
bengalboomer7
At least he was polite, courtesous, and cooperative. We shoudl lay off him. Those are qualities hard to find in a man. He was obviously raised right. Obvoiusly, when they were passing out brains he thought they said trains and went out a bought a ticket. w8th
If Henry had marginal on field talent they would probably eventually cut him. But this guy has #1 receiver talent. The "Coryell offense" that the Bengals run needs two guys that can't be covered one on one on the deep routes to be almost unstoppable (think Rams in their hey day"). Chad and Doofus are the only 2 guys on the team with that kind of talent. The rookies have the speed but they have to learn how to be receivers. They will keep him unless he kills someone.Well, maybe even then. Remember Ray Lewis is one of Marvin's all time favorite players. And he had to rat out his friends in a plea bargin to get out of a murder rap... ArmyBengal
I haven't read anything about him having his Jersey on this time, so that is an improvement !!! Anyway, I have supported him and blamed alot on youth, but this is just ignorant. I still have to think he doesn't get cut. I don't know how this is going to shake out, but put me in the camp that thinks he doesn't get the axe. I really hate seeing this as well due to the fact this (stupidass) has pro bowl talent and a two cent head and yes, our vertical game takes a hit. No matter how small, it takes a hit... F*cking dolt !!!WHODEY !!!
PMThor
Cut him.Simple solution to a simple minded idiot player.Cut him and save us all the headache.Cut him.
bengalboomer7
You can't really cut him, a greivance would be filed by the Player's Union and they'd win. I don't think you'll see much of him, probably all year. For Chris Henry, it's not about football anymore

I don't think you'll see much of him, probably all year. For Chris Henry, it's not about football anymore I don't think so to be honest. They could cut him under "conduct detrimental to the team". Plus he really has no leg to stand on when it comes to this. Players have been cut for much, much less.
HairOnFire
Yup, shades of Tremain Mack. Mack was once considered so talented that he was given the starting FS job one day after he was drafted, yet between that shining moment and the start of his first training camp Mack not only lost the starting gig forever, but he couldn't be entrusted with extended playing time due to his drinking habits. He was simply too unreliable and far too likely to miss extended playing time. So the Bengals made the best of a poor situation by using Mack as a special team player, which paid Pro Bowl dividends, but didn't fill the hole that Mack was drafted for. Henry has become the same breed of cat. His talent might be obvious, but if there's no way this team can build around those skills...and they can't....he'll never see a 2nd contract with this team. And if he has no real future with the team he's just going to keep falling down the depth chart.
bengal4life
How Stupid do you have to be?!?!?!?!How cheap do you have to be?!?!?!Wouldn't a sane person HIRE A DAMN DRIVER?!?!You would not have to hire a full time driver just when you are going to be drinking!!!The person you hire does not have to be sober(hell you are dumb enough to drive drunk so whats the difference except for the fact that you wil not be able to play football if you get caught) JUST LET SOMEONE ELSE DRIVE !!!Hire an illegal alien they seem to be imune to law in America - if you are drinking or on something JUST LET SOMONE ELSE DRIVE !!--- How hard is that to figure out ???!!!You are a NFL WR and well paid you cant spare the price of a driver !!!???????We need a new draft criteria BEFORE we look at 40 time or anything else COMMON SENSE !!!Cut Henry,Rucker, and Nicholson and give their roster spots to people(non-thugs)who respect their team , fans, society and themselves and save yourself from the problems and distractions and future distractions with sane people who love the game and try to live within the rules of society!!!!!!!I like the hiring of illegal aliens line. It's so true I laugh anymore. I'd like to start my own company by buying a couple of school buses helping them back to the ritious land. stilldiesel
What is his cap number?? If somehow he could mature you could have a #1 WR cheap. I mean if the Bengals keep him despite all of his troubles he will have very little bargaining power when you extend his contract. He is talented; it just depends if he can grow up like Chris Carter did after he left the Eagles.
