He's on the Cincinnati Bengals' radar screen and there are some in Pittsburgh that would like him to be the first-round choice of the Pittsburgh Steelers. bengalboomer7
This is the first I've seen him moving into the first. Didn't Marvin love this guy last year?Personally, not interested.
HoosierCat
He's popped up here and there in the net mocks. Book on him is that he will be gone by the time the Bengals pick in the 2nd, so if they do covet him, 24 it is.I can see it, tho. Bullocks is generally well-thought-of (Rob Rang, of nfldraftscout.com, rates him the No. 4 safety overall). It appears he isn't ranked higher not because he can't play -- most profiles I've seen say he is a very good player -- but because he is suspected of having limited upside. If that sounds familiar, it should. The same thing was said of Madieu Williams. All that said, Bullocks would surprise me. There's simply too much tier 1.5 and tier 2 DB talent in this draft to reach at 24 for a guy like him, IMHO. Wraith
I've heard Thomas Howard was a lock, Tye Hill was the top rated CB on the Bengals draft board, They really love Darnell Bing and Marcedes Lewis...Marvin is throwing alot of smoke screens around to get someone to bite on a trade. HoosierCat
If Tye Hill is there at 24 and the Bengals don't take him I may throw a brick through my TV...

He heard this week he could sneak into the fourth or fifth round of the draft.Bengals | Team contacts agent for Jenerou?Fri, 28 Apr 2006 21:07:04 -0700Dennis Grall, of the Daily Press, reports the Cincinnati Bengals have contacted the agent for Central Michigan OL Jeff Jenerou (knee). Jenerou's NFL Draft status is up in the air because of a surgically repaired knee that is still causing problems. It also affected his performance in the pro day at CMU last month, which impacts ratings by scouts as they assess draft prospects. Jenerou has seen various reports where he could be picked in the fourth to seventh round or get signed as a free agent.Bengals | Pollard works out for team?Fri, 28 Apr 2006 19:00:25 -0700LaMond Pope, of the Journal-Gazette, reports Purdue SS Bernard Pollard worked out for the Cincinnati Bengals. For those looking for something other than DB or OL in the 1st this has to be welcome news!
