Stripes
I don't think he'll see any jail time. If not, he better thank the dear Lord, his lawyer, and Marvin all at once. I don't know if he'll even face an NFL suspension. If he does, I doubt it's more than 4 games. He'll be a lucky bastard, but that's fine by me as long as he continues catching footballs in the endzone.

I can't imagine he actually gets jail time... he is (relatively) famous after all.
ShulaSteakhouse
Well it states he was only charged with carrying a concealed weapon? That certainly changes things - i.e. no jail time. The NFL may very well suspend him based on the two incidents happening so closely together, and circumstances surrounding the 2nd incident, but who knows how many games.I really have no idea what's going to happen with him, who does? I just assume he won't be around most of next season. So if he does come back and straightens himself out, it's a big bonus.Henry's a pro bowl talent - the Bengals' need to get some good people around him and keep him away from the bad influences. Reggie Rembert Pt. II so far.
andybren
Henry's a pro bowl talent - the Bengals' need to get some good people around him and keep him away from the bad influences.Apparently they had Hue Jackson babysit him after the first arrest. But then once the season was over....It's going to take more than positive influences. It's going to require some growth from the man himself. Can the Bengals do that?
