The_Next_Big_Thing
Big difference between throwing passes and playing football. HOWEVER, if he's throwing passes, he's planting his foot!
ArmyBengal
Anything that gets Carson moving and working with the team is a step in the right direction...WHODEY !!!
Stripes
That's great news. Hopefully he can keep doing this frequently and get that cannon back into shape before he gets back on the field.... against the Chiefs.
BengalPappaw
GREAT to hear progress!! I'm feeling better every time I hear that Carson has made another "step". IMO Carson takes us to the next level -- we are GOOD without him, but good is probabbly a 8-8 or 9-7 record -- and not the playoffs.

lando griffin
Did anyone else watch the full interview in NFL Network? It was a pretty good one. The usual stuff about Chad and the new celebration rules, etc. Then they went over his new CB list and Chad was saying he pleaded to the NFL for them to get a primetime against the Falcons because it will be a show with him and DeAngelo Hall. Chad went on to say if he and Hall went into a phone booth, Hall woudn't be able to touch him. Eisen loved it as he always does. Good stuff. derekshank
Yeah... I don't know how "ahead of schedule" he is. If Chad says he is... I guess that's good news, but the fact that he's throwing with them doesn't really mean anything. It's been almost 3 months, so if he wasn't able to plant on his foot to throw a football, that would be a really bad sign.I would love to hear that he's started running. He should have started doing that by now... but they don't seem to make giving the fans info on his progress a priority.
andybren
Chad went on to say if he and Hall went into a phone booth, Hall woudn't be able to touch him.I love that man. In a completely heterosexual way.
HoTbOy
I just saw the interview, man you gotta love that, last year DHall was like he shut T.O. down all by himself on MNF,when he really did have help 50% of the time and was talking all kind of s**t to T.O. he made some good plays but T.O. still had a good game, i was saying i wish that was Chad, so he could shut him up now i get my wish maybe even in PRIMETIME... HairOnFire
I loved the stuff about Chad already preparing to face Hall, and the bit about Palmer throwing passes for a half hour was uplifting. But c'mon, the best new had to be Chad saying that Palmer was walking normally and had started slow jogging.

Whur CHad At?
Chad will be the Governor of Ohio, Like Lynn Swann is trying to do.
ArmyBengal
The Bengals and Marvin especially are pretty vague about anything with the team, so it doesn't really surprise me that there's not much news on Carson. Probably don't want to let the other teams know to much either. Kinda let them sweat it out a bit... Chad is to funny in his interviews and that matchup with D'Hall is going to be huge !!!WHODEY !!!
