Dadraftnick
Cincinnati… Gerris Wilkerson (Georgia Tech, LB), Nick Mangold (Ohio State, OL), Anthony Smith (Syracuse, S), Babatunde Oshinowo (Stanford, DT), Jon Alston (Stanford, LB), Marcedes Lewis (UCLA, TE), Joe Klopfenstein (Colorado, TE), Brodrick Bunkley (Florida State, DT), D’Qwell Jackson (Maryland, LB), Joseph Addai (LSU, RB), Mark Anderson (Alabama, DE), Thomas Olmsted (Troy, P), Kyle Williams (LSU, DT), DeMario Minter (Georgia, DB), Greg Blue (Georgia, S), Thomas Howard (UTEP, LB), Pat Watkins (Florida State, S), Sinorice Moss (Miami, WR/RT), Darrell Hunter (Miami, OH, CB), Gabe Watson (Michigan, DT), Charles Spencer (Pittsburgh, OL), Jason Avant (Michigan, WR), Martin Nance (Miami, OH, WR), Eric Henderson (Georgia Tech, DE), Kyle Williams (LSU, DT), Kamerion Wimbley (Florida State, DE/OLB), DJ Shockley (Georgia, QB), Michael Robinson (Penn State, QB/WR), Eric Henderson (Georgia Tech, DE), Rocky McIntosh (Miami, LB), James Wyche (Syracuse, DE), Kevin Boothe (Cornell, OL), Jason Spitz (Louisville, OL), Brandon Hoyte (Notre Dame, LB), James Anderson (Virginia Tech, LB), Charlie Peprah (Alabama, S), Nate Salley (Ohio State, S), Dawan Landry (Georgia Tech, S), Greg Jennings (Western Michigan, WR), Tarvaris Jackson (Alabama State, QB), Gerrick McPhearson (Maryland, CB), Leon Washington (Florida State, RB), Jonathan Orr (Wisconsin, WR), Todd Watkins (BYU, WR), Dwayne Slay (Texas Tech, S), Danieal Manning (Abilene Christian, DB/RT), Paul Pinegar (Fresno State, QB), Taurean Henderson (Texas Tech, RB), Justin Wyatt (USC, CB), Jonathan Scifres (SW Missouri State, K), Mike Haas (Oregon State, WR), Gilbert Harris (Arizona, FB/RB), Joe Toledo (Washington, OT), Chris Kuper (North Dakota, OL), Tim Day (Oregon, TE), Reggie McNeal (Texas A&M, QB), Johnny Jolly (Texas A&M, DT), Brandon Williams (Wisconsin, WR/RT), Marques Colston (Hofstra, WR), Bruce Gradkowski (Toledo, QB), Tommy Jackson (Auburn, DT), Frostee Rucker (USC, DE), Isaac Sowells (Indiana, OL), Josh Huston (Ohio State, K), Andrew Whitworth (LSU, OT), Rob Ninkovich (Purdue, DE), Tim McGarigle (Northwestern, LB).I also know they were one of 4 teams to work out DE Gocong one of the big time sleepers in the draft but its not clear if they see him as a DE or LB he was worked out as a LB also.I noticed there are a lot of LB's on this list for a team that has spent quite a few picks at LB the last few years and the Bengals are fairly deep at the position compaired to DL or S which are kind of thin, so they may be thinking of going to 3-4. Despite Marvins insistance that they are staying with the 4-3.
Spor_tees
Just a few names that stand out on that list. Brandon Hoyte LB Notre Dame- Super Smart guy and a solid player. Might be a great sleeper pick.Mike Haas WR Oregon State- I really like this guy and think he could take over the void left by Kevin Walter. When I watched him play this past year the guy had some of the best hands I had seen.Joseph Addai RB LSU- Does this mean the Bengals are preparing to possibly lose Jeremi Johnson in RFA, Chris Perry to a trade, or not sign Kenny Watson back?Reggie McNeal QB Texas A&M- Are the Bengals looking for their own Randal-elMichael Robinson QB Penn State- See above ^Lastly...Josh Huston K THE Ohio State U.- Why would they be trying him out? He is going to be a way to high draft pick for a guy just to do kick-offs. Graham is a Pro-bowler and they are looking at another kicker...sounds interesting

Graham is a Pro-bowler and they are looking at another kicker...sounds interesting I like the Haas kid, not sure his draft level but that extra seventh rd pick at the top sure helps fill those Special Team voids. The Orr kid from Wisconsin as well. The Randle-El position has proved to be viable to Pittsburgh, I think you might see more than the Bengals try to make it work. Shockley is the kid I would like to see. Very athletic and would allow you to only dress 2 QBs on a Sunday if you wanted to.As for Huston, maybe Marvin is tired of letting the other team start past their 30. I do think it would only be for Kickoffs, I dont see them gettin rid of Graham, he is too accurate inside of 45 yards. How many teams carry extra kickers for kickoffs only, I thought the Colts did. Maybe they are seeing if he can punt too. That would solve 2 issues.Of course, I see every position on there but QB as well. As expected, heavy on the DL, OL and DB areas. IAs much as I would like to see another Buckeye on the team, I would pass on Mangold [2 Centers last year] and Salley [horrible in coverage and questionable tackling at times]. HairOnFire
Jon Alston (Stanford, LB) There's a name that jumped off the page for me. Why? Because in my opinion he looks like a poor mans LaVar Arrington, and if the Bengals feel Arrington has priced himself above there level of interest, and they're seriously considering a switch to a 3-4 scheme, they'll have to look for the draft to provide what they need. Specifically, an ears-back pass rushing OLB who has had outstanding success as a 3rd down DE. Alston is smaller than ideal, but he's built like a comic book hero and is better in pass coverage, against backs and TE's, than most of the higher rated designated rushers like Lawson and Wimbley. Not sure where he's projected to go, but I'd consider him as early as the 3rd.
TJJackson
Cincinnati… blah blah blah.....Tommy Jackson (Auburn, DT)....blah blah blahFor some odd reason, I like this guy. The_Next_Big_Thing
Here's the same list with the players grouped by position. Frankly, I was going blind trying to look for matchups and patterns. LMAO THANK YOU! I started this for the same reason and said SCREW IT!DeMario Minter (Georgia, DB) - What's with the Georgia boys again? Is someone in the organization getting a kickback from the Bulldogs to help them recruit by saying look at how many of our guys play in the NFL? Darrell Hunter (Miami, OH, CB) Hunter is pretty good, and he will be a day 2 pick. Great option IMHO.Anthony Smith (Syracuse, S) - Good 3rd round pick, perhaps.Greg Blue (Georgia, S) Georgia, Georgia... I still like Blue, but as a backup SS/LB not a first choice.Charlie Peprah (Alabama, S) - I like his name, and I kinda like his play.Nate Salley (Ohio State, S) - Oh god, not Salley. People would love him, but only because he's an overated buckeye.Gabe Watson (Michigan, DT), If he's there, and Marvin doesn't think he's lazy, maybe.Babatunde Oshinowo (Stanford, DT) - I'd love this guy in round 2 or 3.Brodrick Bunkley (Florida State, DT) - If he's there, grab him!Kyle Williams (LSU, DT) For some reason, I don't like him.Johnny Jolly (Texas A&M, DT) LOL what a name. Lets draft him late an hope he works out!James Wyche (Syracuse, DE) - Any relation to Sam? Frostee Rucker (USC, DE) - I like this guy, as a late pick. He can be at least as good as Geathers. Nick Mangold (Ohio State, OL) - No way we take a center unless he really slips (like day 2)Marcedes Lewis (UCLA, TE), Please oh please don't waste a 1st round pick on this guy.Joe Klopfenstein (Colorado, TE) - Good chance to grab him in round 2.Martin Nance (Miami, OH, WR) - Nance rocks. But will he go too early?Mike Haas (Oregon State, WR) We like those Oregon WRs don't we?

Dadraftnick
I cant belive their even looking at WR's or LB after all of the draft picks they have used on those positions and the depth they have.It would make me happy if they spent at least 3 of the first 5 picks on the D-line. DC_Bengals_Fan
Man, you tripped me up for a second. Using the abbreviation "RT" for "returner" can lead to confusion. But for a second, I was all about drafting a guy who can split time at receiver and right tackle.

Stripes
Good stuff, HOF (organizing all that). I see a lot of receivers, offensive lineman, defensive backs, and linebackers on this list. That sounds like the makings for a standard Marvin Lewis draft.

HairOnFire
Im surprised there was no Jonathan Lewis DT-Virginia Tech There are several other lists in the draft forum of players the Bengals showed interest in prior to the Senior Bowl as well as some of the players they interviewed at the combine. For the record, Jonathan Lewis was on the combine list. Obviously it would be very interesting to see the lists combined, as well as stacked according to player value and round likely to be taken, but I'm currently knee deep in alligators at work and won't have time to do so for quite some time. And that my friends is the sound of a hint being dropped.

BengalPappaw
I really like Pat Watkins -- whenever I watch a FSU tape -- he stands out. Comes up and supports against the run and has good height and range to defend the passes. He is used as a gunner on the punt team -- so he already knows how charge down the field and make tackles. He would make a good second or third round pick. Allen was impressive considering he had the hip injury, but I don't know how many workouts he did which required him to change direction and display his ability to snap his hips.
