walzav29
These deals can be done, and I would like to see these guys signed.J. MartinS. AdamsArringtonThem guys along with Dexterand Antonio and the Bengals addressed every off-season need. You have to figure in the draft and this would be one hell of an off season. ArmyBengal
Well, I'm warming to the whole Arrington thing "IF" he were to sign even though I still think it's unlikely...WHODEY !!!
lando griffin
2002 was Arrington's best year when Marv was there...every defensive player whose played for Marvin loves him...I guarantee Arrington would love it here and it would be a good fit, but I just can't imagine in any situation that he drops his money demand low enough for us to snag him. We'd be a legitimate 4-3/3-4 hybrid team if we could match him with Adams.

TecmoFever
Don't hold your breath guys. If we get either Arrington OR Adams, I'd be very surprised...and I'm not sure if I'd even be disappointed.
Whur CHad At?
Doubt we will get either.Looks like the Bengals want to go after the Big names like Dalton and Wright instead

Whur CHad At?
Adams is a done deal....Arrington is not nor will ever be...Not necessarily, Adams is in talks with Oakland and Atlanta now...not just Miami. The Bengals will prob. wait another week or two to sign a backup QB for some stupid reason, and we will loose out on Adams...

wookie
Every need?where's our replacement TE?Probably waiting to be picked in the 2nd or 3rd round. There is a decent replacement available if the Bengals wanted to contact Mark Campbell. He was in the mix in Buffalo and even though not a lot was said about him all he did was make good solid plays when he got in the game. He wouldn't be a star TE on the Heap/Miller platform but he would be a good solid veteran to plug in until a draft pick (Leonard Pope, Dominique Byrd, Anthony Fasano, Joe Klopfenstein, Marcedes Lewis) is ready to step up and be the star. Jonboat
Adams is a done deal....Arrington is not nor will ever be...Not necessarily, Adams is in talks with Oakland and Atlanta now...not just Miami. The Bengals will prob. wait another week or two to sign a backup QB for some stupid reason, and we will loose out on Adams... Ditto the beginning of Fa ML said we'd have a backup QB by the end of the first week & from what I understand told Adams we was going to take care of him after that... now here he is STILL waiting & now talking with other teams. So while we're dicking around trying to find a QB, IMHO just a waste of time & money, we've probably just upped the price we could've signed him for if we done it right away . Not only that but we may have pissed him off by bringing in Dalton. Adams is probably watching what is going on & thinking WTF are they doing.... kinda like me I'm not sure why everyone is so down on Krenzel . He did a good job for the Bears then came in here not knowing the system & they chose to go with him over Bramlet. He's been here for a year now & I'm sure knows the Off. & would do much better than what little we seen of him last preseason . Palmer seems to be coming along & says he should be ready for the first game but if not hell we have Rudi we don't need to air it out 40 times a game just commit to the run don't kill me for saying this but, take a page from the Squellers Off run the ball & only throw about 20 times a game hopefully our Def. will be much better & keep it a low scoring game. I dunno maybe I'm way off base & seem to be in the minority as far as the the QB situation but I just wish they'd get r done already Sheesh!!!
