Spor_tees
Are they talking about THIS Lionel Dalton?Because he is a REAL Harda$$!!!
schroomytunes
He would strictly be a backup guy. We have to replace Carl Powell, Duane Clemons, and more than likely Mathias Askew. So Dalton would be a fine backup, if thats all not a starter. We can then draft 2 guys in the draft.
bengalsLB
i wouldn't mind Signing Dalton we need all the depth we can get at DT.besides if we sign Dalton we can sub off Thorton and B-Rob more
TJJackson
A mediocre player from the 25th ranked defense in the leagueWell, we are the 28th ranked defense, so I suppose someone could stretch and say that's an improvementNot I, mind you, but someone might

ShulaSteakhouse
Another Washington-Baltimore thing for Marvin.Dalton's a fire plug - 6'1" 315 or so, but not sure how he'd fit-in with Smith, Robinson, Thornton, and Askew already occupying 4 DT spots. Can he play DE also like Powell? I'm not sure why signing someone like him at this stage is much of a priority, if you can do better later on. schweinhart
Marvin likes to bring players he knows, no doubt.Carl Plowed, Rashad Bauman, Larry Moore, Kim Herring, Anthony Mitchell, Kenny Watson, Alvin Porter, Skip Hicks, Patrick Johnson...I guess Dalton would be more of the same. The_Next_Big_Thing
Dalton is probably an Askew bench warming replacement for pre-season.

Exactly, we need a DT or two... But then again maybe we could go drop 6 million on a LB... WHODEY !!!
TecmoFever
Marvin likes to bring players he knows, no doubt.Carl Plowed, Rashad Bauman, Larry Moore, Kim Herring, Anthony Mitchell, Kenny Watson, Alvin Porter, Skip Hicks, Patrick Johnson...I guess Dalton would be more of the same. After reading that list of names, I'm hoping that Marvin stops bringing in players he knows. Hopefully, they contributed in practice or something, because that's a sorry group.
