thats why i wanna bring in milloy well ko continues to learn him coming out now could be blessing so we don't have to spend to high of a pick on him

Frankly, I don't want Demps. He may be the youngest player to pick from, and that's normally the direction I lean, but his instincts are terrible. Give me Milloy or Jackson.

One year of college playing experience. He was a redshirt freshman last year.

Marlon McCree he finally got a chance to prove him self. He looked real good last season. He is young and wouldn't break the bank.

He's had five NFL years to prove himself and hasn't.

At this point with the remaining players available, I want Milloy, but not so much as a starter but as

a) quality depth

starter on running downs

c) a mentor/teacher for Madieu and the first day drafted rookie (Jason Allen, Ko Simpson, Pat Watkins, whoever) we pick up in the draft

Gamecocks website says he played 2004 as a freshman, 2005 as a sophomore. Also says he signed in 2003, but didn't enroll until 2004.

I don't care if 20 year old HS players are common place in Cincinnati, it still raises red flags for me. And if you want to know what Marvin thinks about players with good abilities, but no brains, check out the LaVar Arrington thread.

Ohio State did the same thing with (S) Freddie Lenix out of Glenville this past season and (QB) Todd Boeckman a few years ago. It's pretty common in D1A football.

Agreed, but I'd take Sam Adams too if he was willing to play for a reasonable amount.

Pickett will def. not be coming here. Sam Adams might not be either. Bengals might just have to settle with Lawyer Milloy, and I wouldn't have a problem with that.
