  1. Earlier this week I finally tracked down a complete 2005 Colts - Bengals shootout and watched it. I was instantly hyped after 7 months of apathy. They broke my heart the last 3 weeks last year and it took that long to recover. But man it was instant intense anticipation after watching it. Even after a loss. Man Ohalete friggin' killed us that year :-(. Every year it seems the defense should be better, yet it's the same thing every year. If we even get a middle of the pack defense, we're going to be pretty hard to beat. But again I say that every year.

  2. I, for one, am terrified. I had better see my starting O Line out there when he's out there. I don't care how banged up Steinbach and Willie are. I trust them on stretchers out there protecting CP than Andrews and Whitworth. No offense to those two...

  3. I got it today. they actually got our uniform right finally. The number font is correct, the color scheme on the player names are right, the tiger is taken off the sleeve. Finally we look good out there. The little things bugged me. The number font thing was a big deal last year because if you played online and were stuck with the home and away combos, the numbers looked retarded.

  4. It seems the only cities that CBS and DirectTV didn't screw up the start time were Cincy and Indy. Everywhere else either started right after kickoff, or near the end of the first quarter.

I do a lot of game trading on dvd, and one of the best games of the season is not available in complete form.

here is my list of games on dvd. If someone can get me a complete copy of this game on dvd (more than 1 disc for quality's sake), I'll trade you 2 of mine for it. If anyone got the widescreen feed of it, I'll trade you 3.

PM me if you can help.

  5. The thing about it is, Chad is funny and he's a hell of a player, but he's not as likable as Carson. Carson never talks trash, always says the right things, always credits Marvin, the line and Kitna. He seems very calm, but you know he has the fire. Remember late in the season when he slid late, and still got hit (I think against Detroit?) he jumped up and sort of got in the guy's face, and you're like, "Carson?" then just backed off. That was the most emotion I've ever seen out of him, but you know it's there. It's his presence.

  6. That is BS guys, If that were true CJ would have not come out of that locker room in a Bengals uniform. Ohalete, after one of the trick plays seem to go after someone on the side line. But who cares about him he will soon be history. Hey, I don't think CJ could take Jackson anyway B)B)B)

Ohalete went after Bresnahan. I didn't see how or when it started, but our soon to be ex-safety started yelling at him before he even got to the sideline. Then continued on him at the sideline. He took a detour around the field goal net and then started on him again. Chuck was calm the whole time. I have no idea what it was about.

  7. On the note of him praising Carson... It's brilliant... never toot your own horn, that leads to bad things. Just another example of the class Steeler players have.

It can't be brilliant and classy at the same time. If you don't toot your horn because it leads to bad things, then you're not doing it because you're classy, you're doing it because if you don't it leads to bad things. He's a cocky douche. Even when he compliments someone, he usually comes off as an arrogant prick. "I don't care what anyone says, they say Peyton Manning, they're all wrong, Tom Brady is the best QB in the league."

  8. If anyone can get me Lap and Brad's call on cd mailed to me a couple days after the game, I will send them a dvd copy of the game, from the HD Widescreen source, with 4 audio tracks. 1 - CBS TV, 2 - Westwood One National, 3 - Steeler audio and 4 - your Bengal audio. mp3 source works also, but it would have to be the highest quality mp3, 320 kbps, VBR at the minimum. The video source will be dominant and probably come out to 5 discs. I would need the audio to start when they go to the stadium from the pregame report, so probably starting at 4:15 through the locker room interviews. I can't figure out a good way to do it myself seeing I'm leaving for the tailgate around 11.
