Follows action from Brady to Bennett. He goes low to break up a thought to be pass to him. Intentionally went low but that's what defenders have to do to avoid flags. Other defender in zone that was led to Bennett due to Brady also attempted to make a break up. Based on actions of other defender and flow of the play that was a legit football play. kingwilly Posted October 18, 2016 Report Share Posted October 18, 2016 I don't have an issue with the play on Bennett. He's getting a jump on where he read the ball going (due to pump fake). No issue with low-ish hit, since that is how you take down a big guy like Marty, knock out the pins. the play on Blount looked egregious, but now the consensus is he didn't even touch him. Not sure if I believe that, given the reaction Blount had but whatever. if anything this should get Tez to see every play is being scrutinized due to his reputation. I'm not sure, but it does look like he might've given Blount a little "help" up by his facemask, which would have provoked the shove.
