kurgan74 Posted February 5, 2006 Report Posted February 5, 2006 Mike Kudla StoryI know Mike Kudla will not be a consideration with a 1st or 2nd round pick but he could be available in rounds 3-5 and would be a solid pick with the possibility of Justin Smith being gone after 2006. Kudla is very quick coming off the edge and is solid against the run. It is hard not to root for a guy who retrned ti football after an illness that was so severe that he had his last rites read to him. Any thoughts? Quote
NJ29 Posted February 5, 2006 Report Posted February 5, 2006 He's not a first or second round guy, but I would definately give the guy some consideration on day 2. Quote
thepudgester Posted February 5, 2006 Report Posted February 5, 2006 I'm a big Kudla fan. I think he'd be a good value in the fourth, in a lot of way he reminds me of Smith. The most underrated player on that dominating Buckeye's Defense. Quote
buck3y3d Posted February 5, 2006 Report Posted February 5, 2006 I love watching Kudla. I'd take him in round 3 or day 2. I think he'll be a star. He is extremely strong and pretty fast. He could start if a team needed him as a rookie too. Quote
kentjett Posted February 7, 2006 Report Posted February 7, 2006 Kudla has been a good player for the buckeyes but he was never dominating. Only Buckeyes fans would like us drafting him. Quote
derekshank Posted February 7, 2006 Report Posted February 7, 2006 Kudla is one of the more under-rated pieces of that great Buckeye's defense... but I really doubt he would be an upgrade from Geathers. I think we could use a 3rd round pick much more wisely. Quote
