AMC
The fact that the Bears have a first round Bye in the playoffs kinda steams me....IF that team was in the AFC they would be fighting for the playoffs...A first round bye with Grossman or Orton at QB??????FRAUDS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Stripes
In the AFC they'd be 7-8 at best. They are very overrated. Still, they earned it in their crappy division and their crappy conference. Let them have their hope.
EyeoftheTiger
The Bears won,t progress much further, their division was weak and they benefitted.
bengalindian
Everyone expected them to go like 9-7 at best and make the playoffs out of the NFCN, but what everyone must have forgotten was that they are in the weakest conference of the last several years. Look at their losses, atleast 3 (I'm too lazy to actually check) are to the Browns, Bengals, and Steelers, all AFC teams. Hmmmm, and the "experts" are saying this team is for real? Stripes
The Bears have won plenty of games with that defense this year, but the offense is still putrid. In my opinion they are lesser versions of the Washington Redskins, who play in a much more competitive division. They may have a better defense than Washington, but they lack the vertical passing game, or even the consistent running game.

Some people are saying that the Bears and Steelers are the scariest teams right now. I would say Skins, Seahags, Pats and Steelers would be the scariest. The Pats most of all because they have a knack for winning playoff games and somehow knock off anyone in their way no matter what their season record was.
