ArmyBengal Posted December 23, 2005 Report Posted December 23, 2005 I posted this in general discussions, but got NO response and time is running out. I need to make plans, so get off you A$$ and help me out !!! OK, I've all but given up on going to the game, so I'm moving on to plan B... Where is a good place to go watch the game here in Cincinnati ?? I want a place where we can jump up, get loud, and yell without people wondering what planet you came from !!! I looked on Bengals.com, but would prefer to see if any of you have some insight on this as I would prefer to get the opportunity to meet some of you guys... Let me know your thoughts... Thanks...WHODEY !!! Quote
bengalindian Posted December 23, 2005 Report Posted December 23, 2005 Willie's Bar in Montgomery. It's off of 71. I won't be there, but a lot of Bengals fans are there. Get there early. They have good wings and a bunch of TVs. Quote
bengals4ever Posted December 23, 2005 Report Posted December 23, 2005 I second the BW3 answer. I don't how the ones are in Cincy but the one Troy is a blast to watch games at. I would imagine the Cincy ones are better yet. Great atmosphere. Anyone on here going to the one in Troy? Quote

Does anyone know what went in the building that Caddies was in. This is for the old-timers. I remember watching the last Bengals SB from there. Can anyone help me and let me know what is in the old Caddies on Pete Rose Way?Thanks in advance. Quote
ArmyBengal Posted December 28, 2005 Author Report Posted December 28, 2005 Thanks for the advice on the game Sunday... We ended up at BW3s on the levy. I was disappointed though, as most of the people there were Bengals fans and they weren't very into the game. They cheered occasionally, but for the most part didn't follow much of the game and carried on conversation about B.S. as opposed to watching the game. Don't get me wrong, I don't expect everyone to be focused solely on the game and speak of nothing else, but I like to watch each and every play and I think I was in the minority. I was getting excited and yelling at times and people were shooting me looks because I interupted their conversation about some crap that had nothng to do with the game. No biggie, but disappointed is a good word. You would think people would have been more into the game when the team is doing as well as they are. Just goes to show how some people will wear the gear and play the part, but don't truly know or care about the game. The 8 people I watch the game with in San Antonio were louder than the whole bar... Anyway, is anyone going to the stadium this weekend to watch the game in the club level ?? The wife and I are headed down and I was just curious if anyone was headed down. Have a good one...WHODEY !!! Quote

indybengalsfan72 Posted December 29, 2005 Report Posted December 29, 2005 BANDWAGON FANCome up with something more intelligent to say, pal. Oh yeah...that's right..Steeler fans lack intelligence. Quote
indybengalsfan72 Posted December 29, 2005 Report Posted December 29, 2005 it's funny no one in Cincinnati can remember where to watch a game at, or the last time they watched a playoff game."Where to watch a game at?" Once again, nice grammar pal.. It just shows the quality of Pittsburgh schools, or at least the intelligence level of Steeler Fans. Quote
