johnson85 Posted December 13, 2005 Report Share Posted December 13, 2005 to make scan lines in photoshop make a document 1 px width and 2 px height, zoom in to 1600% then take the pencil tool and color one of the squares. next go to edit and select define pattern, click OK then when you want to use it goto edit > fill choose pattern then find you pattern then click OK.
