Have the Bengals paid their dues?

It just seems them poor Colts have paid their dues. They have made the playoffs 5 seasons in a row (I think) They have struggled against the Pat's. I just think it's their time. On the other hand I will not cry for them if the Bengals screw them over. The pay your dues theory doesn't always apply though. That 1st Patriot Super Bowl win was out of the blue, so anything can happen. Will the Bengals have to take the same route? Will they just come out of the blue and win it? Only time will tell!

Where you make the playoffs, lose, correct the problems, go to the next rnd of playoffs, lose, correct those problems then go to the Super Bowl.
