cincy90 Posted November 7, 2005 Report Share Posted November 7, 2005 Yeah I hate the rule (and think that it is a disgrace), but Rudi was horse-collared big time on that run where he was pushed back and tackled in the backfield. I say this because somebody just grabbed him on the back of his shoulder pads and pulled him down from the back.I don't mind that it wasn't called but I have this terrible feeling that that joke of a rule is going to be pulled out of nowhere against us in a critical game against the Steelers or some other big game in the future.The rule never should have been put into play in the first place, and they should scrap it altogether if they don't ever call it.
