Good interview. Had to laff when Rome asked him if anyone would get a yes checked on his sheet. CJ sat there and thougt it over for a minute and then said " No Jim ... I don't think so. "

I liked his comment about bring the " Big Market " aura to Cincy as opposed to going to a big market team as well. I like him ... I like seeing him get the media attention and enjoying it .... I just hope he doesn't lose that team first mentality that sets him apart from the TO's Moss' etc.

I normally don't watch Jim Rome because I think he is very arrogant. But I did catch his interview with Chad and I was laughing the whole time. I just love the fact that he shows just enough respect for opponents but knows he will shred them during the game. He is a great personality. And oh ya, he can play football as well. :sure:

Was it me or did Chad guarantee a playoff spot? He said something like We will make the playoffs. Sadly, I had to leave in the middle of the interview, but I got to see most of it. He answered every question to perfection. I'm happy he's finally getting the media attention and credit he deserves.

Oh, ya. He said it. He also predicted the "that damage will be done" in the playoffs. Chad has been predicting Playoffs since before the season started, so this is not new. But with the current 3-0 record, the Bengals maybe backing that prediction up. GO CINCY!!!! :flex:

It's way early, but I think because of our schedule we do have a good shot at home field. They just can't have any let downs against the teams they should beat. If they get wins against the Steelers and Colts I think that will do it. The Pats schedule is brutal. This is going to be a great ride. By the way I feel stupid about getting so worked up about the preseason loss to the Eagles and Pats. Maybe in hindsight Marv figured he would be playing them later and didn't want to tip his hand. Hmmmmm. Genius.

One game at a time and the steelers gotta come to the jungle in the playoffs.....
