BengalszoneBilly
I can see all the positions (draft picks aside) pretty much as you listed them...EXCEPT at QB. Marvin isn't gonna start with Kitna, then ease Palmer in eventually. If he was of the mind to do that, I think it would have happened in the latter half of this past year. It'll be Carson from the get go.As far as your draft predictions...those I really like, although I'm not sure they will all be starters by time the first regular season game arrives, especially in the defensive backfield.Good post, and welcome to the forum. AGrizzlyBaer
i like wilfork and i would jump all over him if he was sitting there at
redsfan2
CB - I know lot of people are making noise about Plummer coming home, but I'd rather see Winfield from the Bills. I think he's one of the best players that no one ever hears about. He's an Ohio boy as well. Welcome to the board ........ check out the General Discussion threads as well next time you stop by. DuffMan
I still don't think we could get a 2nd rounder for Dillon, maybe a 3rd, but if we did get a 2nd i think a guy like Sean Jones or Matt Ware would be a better fit at safety. Sometimes its just about as pleasent to watch too.
djdannos
1st) DT- Starks2nd) C- Grove3rd/3rd & 4th) LB & CB & RB (Ted Lehman / Ricardo Colclough / Cedric Cobb5th) DE - Claude Harriot or Nathaniel Adibi6th) OL- Depth7th) Best Available PlayerI think Palmer will be the starter @ QB as Kitna was nice to get morale back but it is time to go with your future and look towards the next 10 years. We will ony get a 3rd for Dillon and doubt we will start a rookie center, Braham will be good for another year unless we get Grove from Va Tech in 2nd.At lot of the draft will depend on what we get in FA on Defense.I think Randy Stark could end up being better than Wolfork and willbe a better pick. A lot of Miami players are a product of the systemand not as good as they might seem. And Bob Sanders @ 5'8" is not a 2nd rounder or starter as a rookie in the NFL.I also like Winfield over Plummer. But could even go after someone like Bobby Taylor for 2-3 year deal (6-9 mill) as opposed to a big contract. This gives Weathersby time to get his feet wet and can also draft CB in 2nd-4th round to try and develope as well.

Not a big follower of college ball, but from what I've been able to find out, its looks like Starks has a lot of potential. Also like the selection of the center, and Colcough would be a good pick up too. 4th round if he's available, I'd like to see Matts brother .... Bo Schobel. Reports all say he's got a non stop motor, he's a good athlete ( stays on his feet ) and he's smart. His other brother had a really good season for the Bills this year.Taylor would be a good pick up, and I can't say I'd be disappointed with him, but the only guy I'd really rather see than Winfield is Bailey, and that would depend on a afew things. Problem is that if he does become available ( doubtful ) he'd be a lot more money ...... and while he is better, I'm not sure he's a lot more better.
