Although it's very important to get off to a good start, looking at the schedule I see October as the key month to the season. Games against Houston, @Jacksonville, @Tennessee, Pittsburgh, and Green Bay. I feel like four wins are very possible. This would be huge considering 4/5 of these games are in the AFC and it's gonna get damn tough in November. God forbid the Reds ever play in October, so hopefully the Bengals can come up big. Anyone else see a bigger month on the schedule??

September. If we don't get it done in September, then October won't matter.

I agree, though, it looks like a good month of football.

The key is to win each and every game. Everything else is unacceptable!

Winning every game would certainly earn my stamp of approval, though I can't say that I expect it!

Give me a playoff berth, and don't embarass me in the process, and I'm a happy camper!

Which is nice because that's when we start to get hot. But usually November is better...of course, this season I don't want "usually".
