redsbengalsbucks Posted September 8, 2005 Report Posted September 8, 2005 This would get me excited if I agreed with more of the predictions he has for the first week. Quote
rizzy Posted September 8, 2005 Report Posted September 8, 2005 This would get me excited if I agreed with more of the predictions he has for the first week. I do agree with a lot of his picks so I am liking what he is saying except what he says about the bengals-browns game. It's going to be a very, very long year for the Browns. So Bengals fans, don't go making any great judgments on your team after this game.So basically it is not a good game for us, unless we blow them out. Quote
TippCityRick Posted September 8, 2005 Report Posted September 8, 2005 In our ESPN Pickoff league, I'm tempted to add an entry with King's picks. I'm not sure I can beat Mrs. McNabb, but King . . . NP. Quote
JPW Posted September 8, 2005 Report Posted September 8, 2005 Well I am sick of seeing all the freaking negativism ...Peter King predicts a Bengals blow out.Six out of six experts from CBS SportsLine predict a Bengals Win.LINK to CBS SportsLine.comLet's show a little Faith in our Team ...Personally I Expect a Bengals Win ... Stripes Posted September 8, 2005 Report Posted September 8, 2005 Peter King picking us to win that big only worries me. He's so very good at being wrong, why should this pick be any different? But hell, he has to be right sometime, so go Bengals. Quote
derekshank Posted September 8, 2005 Report Posted September 8, 2005 nah, he'll be wrong, but no so badly that we lose. It won't be a blow-out, simply because it in the division. They only won 4 games last year, and were only blown out twice the whole season. Blow-outs are rare in the NFL anymore. We'll win, I believe it will be a decisive victory... but the final score will not reflect domination. Victory by 10 or less. Quote

I think he just predicted that blowout so he'd have a reason to include the "don't let yourselves get excited over this one Bengals fans" in the explanation. Stupid Peter King. Quote
