Stripes
They still think the Bengals are a joke, especially on the road. Let's prove 'em wrong then.
Who?
I don't think anyone thinks the Bengals are a joke, they have been one of the most talked up teams in the NFL this year and inside it makes me sick.
Bengal_Brad
What happens is that when odds makers believe teams are even the will give 3-pts to home field advantage. That means the odds makers believe that a team with a new coach, and horrible record last year is "equal" to the Bengals.
BengalByTheBay
You might've read the line wrong. (A minus line means that team is favored.) Every Vegas book I see has the Bengals at a 3.5 favorite, which is slightly up from the 3.0 favorite where it first opened a few months ago. LABengalsFan09
Sounds like a trap to take the Bengals..... That is not good for the Bengals, they think Cleveland could blow them out....

I'm sure it isn't too complicated, but I don't want to have to figure it out.

I read it wrong.....usually the favorites are listed to the right, this column had the favorite listed to the left.Makes sense now.http://www.usatoday.com/sports/gaming/sheridan.htm
Stripes
So the Bengals are the favorites? Okay then, fair enough. Always complicating things with numbers...
